In 2002, NorStar Land Surveying, Inc. was formed by David R. Garrott and R. Scott Dyer.  In November of 2012, David R. Garrott retired after 30 plus years in the profession.


From the outset, the goal has been to provide our clients with a quality product performed efficiently, timely and within budget.  Our field work is performed with state of the art traditional and robotic instrumentation along with using GPS technology.  Mapping and construction calculations are performed utilizing the latest in software technology.
